What I Pieced Wednesday: 6

This week I made a Churn Dash block for the Skill Builder.  Leila's tutorials are so great to follow, especially for a beginner!  If you haven't joined in on this one, there's still time (:

And all three so far.  I must say, I'm definitely loving this quilting thing.

I also made my momma a camera strap.  Since I use her camera more than she does when I'm's the least I could do ;)

(Pretty simple, but I can make a tutorial if anyone wants it)
She loves animal print.

Plus, hopefully I'll be done with my hexagon hand-piecing soon!

  3. Your blocks are great!! I really like the pictures of you with the camera!

  4. Love the camera strap! I used some of your stars fabric for a curtain for my mom. Love those prints you are using for the skill builder!

  5. Love the patriotic color scheme!

  6. This is going to such a fabulous quilt when your done!

  7. Fun patriotic blocks! Glad to see someone is getting their skill builder done. I have been really bad about it.

  8. Love your Skill Builder blocks! I love seeing the ones where people are using fabrics that aren't the typically picked colors. Sew Allegorical is using Halloween fabrics! I think yours and hers may be my favorites!

I love comments...and I try to reply to all by e-mail, so be watching for me (: (unless you're a no-reply blogger, then I'll comment back here!)
